The analysis of these cases, handpicked for their importance, will provide insight into current issues in the business valuation arena and discussion of not only how the court ruled on these issues but what the presenter believe is the importance of the issues and how to apply them in your practice.

Agenda: The case facts will be outlined by the presenter and the important valuation or financial litigation issues discussed by the presenter and then commented on and discussed.

1. The attendee will hear what is being discussed and decided by the courts in recent cases as it relates to valuation and financial litigation cases.
2. The attendee will learn the importance of the issues discussed in the cases to the valuation professional.
