This webinar is designed for FVS practitioners who want to better understand and apply the industry’s professional standards and, as appropriate, their interaction with the AICPA Code of Professional Conduct. The presenters, Rod Burkert and Mark Kucik, will discuss the AICPA Code of Professional Conduct and the business valuation standards of NACVA, IBA, ASA, AICPA, and USPAP that impact the profession, in general, and specific engagement scenarios, in particular.
After completing the webinar, participants will be able to:
- Understand and maintain the AICPA Code of Professional Conduct in their practices
- Understand and apply business valuation standards from multiple credentialing organizations, including NACVA, IBA, ASA, AICPA, and USPAP
- Understand the business valuation review standards issued by NACVA and USPAP
