Check out the Second Edition of Lost Profits Damages

Building upon the success of the acclaimed first edition, Lost Profits Damages: Principles, Methods, and Applications, second edition, includes 4 new chapters and 12 additional expert authors.

Jim Hitchner has a passion for education. One look at his curriculum vitae shows how he has helped valuation analysts and litigation service providers through the courses he has designed, classes he has taught, and materials he has created. During his 30+ years in the business, Jim has published four books.

Two of those books, Financial Valuation Applications and Models and Financial Valuation Workbook, are the basis for national courses offered by both the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) and the National Association of Certified Valuation Analysts (NACVA).

Jim’s books, along with his many appearances at national conferences and state societies, have prompted an ongoing steady stream of emails with compliments and questions from those who have read his books or attended his presentations. This apparent need for more and better resources led Jim to establish Valuation Products and Services (VPS), a company devoted to education and practical application of business valuation and litigation services tools and resources.

The VPS StraightTalk webinar series brings you outstanding educational programs on business valuation and litigation topics. We also offer books on topics related to business valuation and damages including Best Practices – Thought Leadership in Valuation, Damages, and Transfer Price Analysis and Lost Profits Damages: Principles, Methods, and Applications. Click on the navigation bar on the left for more information on VPS and our products. Please note that VPS ships physical products to U.S. addresses only.
