    • Adherence to BV reporting standards (AICPA, ASA, IBA, NACVA and USPAP)

    • Marketability and control characteristics
    • Reconciliation of values and methods
    • Conclusion of value or calculated value
    • Assumptions and limiting conditions and valuation representation/certification
  • What should NOT go into a calculation or summary report
